While at Isobar, we were subcontracted under Dilligent
to redesign the AIR FORCE ELECTRONIC BOARD
OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEM. What began as an
initial overhaul into HTML 5 became a full redesign of the system,
but we were asked to keep the initial color palate of the early 2000's model and styling, with minor design updates to create a more modern look and feel. For more information and screens please reach out directly.
The major function of EBOSS is to allow leaders to rank individuals who are up for promotion by scanning
through 3 stacks of documents and giving each candidate
a 0-10 score on their ability to continue up the ranks.
This is done through a large touch screen device
